At the Mirano Continental : LIPTON VIP EVENT
As part of LIPTON’s campaign to promote its new teas and the relationship between tea, Zen breaks, and having a moment to yourself, Stéphane Dumonceau introduced a Zen technique and letting go to the VIP guests (150 people).
The great masters of Zen meditation all use the same technique to find peace, serenity, and peace of mind. Stéphane explained the most effective breathing technique for relieving tension.
Then came a Zen meditation session based on control of breathing and refocusing on feelings in the present moment. The session took place on the grass under the incredible virtual sun developed by Lorenzo’ s team(!)... with high focus for 10 minutes.
This was followed by a deep relaxation session and a spectacular twenty-minute strobe light display in dreamlike twilight... to help guests completely rejuvenate and take full advantage of the evening, which lasted into the early morning hours!

An unsual experience in one Brussels’ temples of the night…to be remembered for the early evening session which made sense and prepared everyone for what followed... it proved that a discotheque can become a Zen center... when it wants to :-)
