Zen Latitudes
2007

Zen Latitudes discusses happiness in a very straighforward way. It provides detailed information on the keys needed to achieve optimal quality of life and to rediscover the beauty of our inner reality.

It explains how to see life in a better light, to access our full creative potential, and how to replace problems with solutions.

- How can we live fully in the present moment and stop hurting ourselves?
- How can we transform our problems and the negative aspects of our lives into real opportunities?
- How can we let go, put distance between ourselves and our worries and "disown" them?
- How can we become emotionally independent, eliminate negative feelings, and defuse guilt and resentment?

All of this becomes possible by applying the principles of this new life philosophy and through regular practice of the Zen Latitudes exercises.

Stéphane Dumonceau-Krsmanovic is a researcher, philosopher and writer. He is specialized in the study of levels of consciousness and is the creator of several mental techniques and technologies. The Zen Latitudes courses and seminars are the result of twenty years of research work in personal development

Make Your Neurons Sing
The New Technologies of the Mind
1997

A study of new mental techniques and technologies to promote the development of the brain and of consciousness.

Are you curious about the recent discoveries that have been made about the brain and its amazing capabilities? This book, the result of a long period of research and rigorous experimentation, covers the topic fully: waking dreams; audio, light, and sensory oscillators; sensory isolation; alpha control through biofeedback; mind gymnastics; NLP; and the engines of the imagination (virtual reality). The book is illustrated with pictures of available equipment.

All of these tools help adjust to change, and to develop better communication skills,  memory skills, creativity, and awareness. Why not take advantage of them to live a happier life, develop your abilities, and solve problems? The author provides a detailed, comparative, and critical description of the tools and encourages users to give them up quickly with the goal of achieving complete independence.

The book is more than just a catalog. It is also an essay on the developemnt of the brain: how does it work both at the conscious and subconscious levels? How does it continue to develop over time? What is the role played by food in this development? Why does the 21st century provide a perfect environment for development?

The Audio-Medicine Revolution
2007

Stéphane Dumonceau-Krsmanovic is specialized in the study of levels of consiousness. He has been doing research on the subject for the past 20 years as part of a doctorate program at the Free University of Brussels. Audio-Medicine were created as part of his research and development work. They are a psycho-medical revolution, a new medicine for emotions.

Audio-Medicine texts are written by doctors specialized in psychosomatics. They are voice-based therapeutic recordings that counter stress-related disorders. However, other safe ingredients and active principles with no side-affects are also used by this innovative and inexpensive medical field (...)

Used to supplement medication, Audio-Medicine first appeared in Belgian pharmacies in 2003. They were introduced to general practitioners as a way for patients to continue to work at home on the emotional management begun in the doctor's office. The use of Audio-Medicine is growing steadily. This is because they impact the patient's emotional dimension as opposed to medication which works on their physiological being. As a result, the two approaches work in perfect synergy.

This book answers all questions about levels of consciousness, sugestion, psychosomatic disorders, placebos, the emotional brain, biofeedback, variable frequency audiovisual stimulation, etc. It also explains how this new treatment works and covers its indications for use and its limitations.

The Belgian Ministry of Health now officially promotes Audio-Medicine as an alternative for fighting against the abuse of sleeping pills and anti-depressants (...)
